Revised Workplan-Additional Site Investigation for PFAS BSK Project E20-016-01F <br /> Stockton Metropolitan Airport(SCK) March 1, 2023 <br /> Stockton, California Page 28 <br /> 6.7 Report of Findings(First and Second Phases of the Investigation Combined) <br /> Once the additional investigation activities are complete, a report will be prepared that will include the <br /> following: <br /> 1) Documentation of field activities. <br /> 2) Description of any deviation from sample collection, preparation and analysis procedures <br /> described in this Workplan. <br /> 3) Site plan showing pertinent site features. <br /> 4) Analytical laboratory results. <br /> 5) Data evaluation and presentation of findings. <br /> 6) Recommendations concerning further action, if necessary. <br /> The Report will bearthe signature,stamp,and contact information for the California-licensed Professional <br /> Geologist (PG) and/or Professional Engineer (PE) who directed the investigation and/or prepared the <br /> Report. <br /> The Report will be submitted in a searchable electronic format and will include a transmittal letter, text, <br /> tables, figures, and appendices (laboratory analytical data, copies of drilling logs and field records) in <br /> Portable Document Format(PDF) and Electronic Data Deliverable (EDD)format. <br /> 7 PROJECT SCHEDULE <br /> Permitting, USA marking, and subcontractor coordination will commence upon receipt of the CVRWQCB's <br /> approval of this Workplan and SCK's authorization to proceed. Depending on the time required for permit <br /> approval and subcontractor availability, it is anticipated that the field activities for the First Phase of <br /> investigation will be commenced within approximately 90-180 days of CVRWQCB's approval of this <br /> Workplan. The starting date is dependent on the ability to procure FAA Form 7460-1,"Notice of Proposed <br /> Construction or Alteration" in a timely manner. The overall schedule for the proposed work will be <br /> approximately 6-12 months,which includes, pre-field activities, field activities, and reporting. <br /> 8 LIMITATIONS <br /> Any statements and conclusions in this Workplan are based upon the scope of work described above. Our <br /> work will be performed using a degree of skill consistent with that of competent environmental consulting <br /> firms currently performing similar work in the area,and we have attempted to obtain as much information <br /> regarding the Site as possible, given what we consider to be a reasonable amount of research. Additional <br /> research or receipt of information regarding the property that was not disclosed or available to us during <br /> our assessment may result in revision of any conclusions or recommendations. <br />
