Decontamination rinsate produced during the injection program will be stored in <br /> drums and processed and treated through the ISCO recirculation system. <br /> Empty KMnO4 containers will be properly neutralized using a mixture of vinegar and pharmacy <br /> strength hydrogen peroxide and disposed in the trash.
