I apologize for the confusion. I'm out of the office for some time and doing what I
can from my phone. We did run CAM17 and TPH on the samples. Apparently BSK had to farm out the TPH testing to
Castle Analytical because they no longer do TPH in house. There should of been 2 attachments on that email not just the
one. BSK also should of sent you the entire analytical report when they sent it to my office as I added you to the contacts
for this project. I just had Nicole my office manager forward me the entire email from BSK and attached is the complete
report from them. We cannot dispose of any waste without data to properly characterize the waste and profile. The
material is still in a bin in our yard waiting for waste profiling. I did not get a background sample for control when we
pulled the samples but I will get out there whenever is best for you and pull one and you can witness. We sent a sample
of the waste to Clean Harbors in Buttonwillow for acceptance analysis but did not send it to BSK. It is obvious at this
point that we have a hazardous waste stream on our hands and it will be managed as such. I will get you a copy of the
manifest as soon as we have a waste profile in place and docs are printed. Please let me know if and when you would
like me to meet you at the site for the control sample. In my opinion it looks like further investigation/excavation is
going to be necessary but as I stated before that determination is up to you and your department. We work at the
behest of the Environmental health divisions of all California county's and take direction only from you. I tried to call you
a couple times yesterday and realize you are busy. I have my phone on me at all times and plan to be back in the office
next week if everything goes okay with my son. Please feel free to call me anytime. Look forward to hearing from you
soon and have a great day.
Atlas Environmental Solutions
Bobby Farrington
Chief Operating Officer
c-209-355-5645
o-559-313-8200
CONFIDENTIALITY NOTICE:
This message is intended for the use of the individual or entity to which it is addressed and may contain information that is privileged, confidential
and exempt from disclosure under applicable law.
