I have reviewed the analytical results, but the attachment only showed pages 13-16 of the analytical results. The
analytical results only inform me if there is any diesel or motor oil contamination of the soil. It does not show if a
hazardous waste determination was done on the soil taken away for disposal. I thought BSK was going to run TTLH and
CAM17 analytical tests for the soil excavated. Was the excavated soil disposed of as hazardous waste?
In order to determine if further remediation would be needed please provide the following:
- Complete analytical lab report
- Chain of custody for the samples collected. So that we have a better description of what samples were taken. The
Sample IDs used on the analytical results were Floor East and Floor west. Which sample is the control for the native soil
and which sample was the sample from the excavation?
- If soil was disposed of as hazardous waste, please provide final disposal records. If not please provide the analytical
results to determine the waste was non -hazardous.
Sincerely,
Tricia Dai
Environmental Health Specialist
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
1868 E.
