Greatness arnvf5 krrp. <br /> CP22 - UST FULL Compliance Review Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Phone: Date: <br /> Frontier California Inc.: Manteca CO 209 239-0258 November 3 2025 <br /> Facility Address: CERS ID: <br /> 430 W Center ST Manteca CA 95336 10141507 <br /> Inspection Contact: Title: Phone: <br /> Masood Choudhury Environmental Contact 951 201-5319 <br /> VIOLATIONS <br /> On August 05, 2025,the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department issued an inspection report for the underground storage <br /> tank(UST)at the above referenced site.The site was found to be out of compliance due to the following violation(s): <br /> #36 CA Code of Regulations 2635(c)(1) 2060023-System has a mon system that can detect entry of haz sub <br /> liquid/vapor, or water into sec containment. <br /> OBSERVATIONS: OBSERVATION: The diesel piping sump and diesel fill sump sensor fail to activate an audible and visual alarm when <br /> tested to ensure continuous monitoring of the tank system. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All monitoring equipment shall be maintained to activate an audible and visual alarm or stop the flow of product <br /> at the dispenser when it detects a leak. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Correct immediately by having a properly licensed,trained, and certified contractor replace the failed component <br /> with a functional component. (LG 113-x listed, if applicable) <br /> Immediately provide proof that the diesel tank continues to be product tight and no fuel is leaking from the primary containment system. <br /> Begin conducting daily visual inspections on all previously monitored portions of secondary containment for the presence of water,fuel, or <br /> other liquids, and submit a copy of each daily inspection log to the EHD. <br /> This is a Repeat(Class 1)Violation. <br /> OVERALL NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> UST Compliance Review <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification to the EHD with a statement documenting the corrective actions that <br /> have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, by December 3, 2025. <br /> The monitoring panel malfunctioned after the monitoring system certification on August 5, 2025 and was no longer operational.A permit <br /> was obtained for panel replacement, approved on August 26, 2025.
