The site was found to be out of compliance due to the following violation(s): <br /> #24 CA Code of Regulations 2632(c),2634(d),2636(f)2030003-Leak detection system maintains continuous <br /> monitoring that activates an audible and visual alarm <br /> OBSERVATIONS:OBSERVATION:The monitoring panel malfunctioned and is no longer operational in its current state. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All monitoring equipment shall be maintained to activate an audible and visual alarm or stop the flow of product <br /> at the dispenser when it detects a leak. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Correct immediately by having a properly licensed,trained, and certified contractor replace the failed component <br /> with a functional component. (LG 113-x listed, if applicable) <br /> This is Repeat(Class 1)Violation. <br /> #25 CA Code of Regulations 2631(g),2632(c)(2)2030016-Annular space of USTs are continuously monitored <br /> with an audible and visual alarm system. (TCR 9d) <br /> OBSERVATIONS: OBSERVATION: Due to the monitoring panel malfunction, the diesel annular sensor is not able to activate an audible and <br /> visual alarm when tested, therefore,the tank is not monitored. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:The UST system shall be designed and constructed with a monitoring system capable of detecting leaks from <br /> primary containment into secondary containment. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately contact a properly licensed,trained, and certified contractor to replace the failed component with a <br /> functional component(LG 113-x listed, if applicable). <br /> Immediately provide proof that the diesel tank continues to be product tight and no fuel is leaking from the primary containment system. <br /> Begin conducting daily visual inspections on all previously monitored portions of secondary containment for the presence of water,fuel, or <br /> other liquids, and submit a copy of each daily inspection log to the EHD. <br /> This is a Repeat(Class 1)Violation. <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> Please submit all requested documentation to the address below, attention to: Aaron Madera, EHS. <br /> If you have any questions, please contact Aaron Madera at (209)616-3065. <br /> PR0231425 SC1831 11/03/2025 <br /> Rev.9/16/2020 Page 1 of 2 CP22-UST FULL Compliance Review Report <br /> 1868 E.
