Here is the <br /> sequence of events: <br /> 1. We were informed 8/5/25 of the requirement to repair the existing Veeder Root TLS-350 system <br /> and the subsequent deadline. <br /> 2. We immediately processed a permit application to upgrade the monitor to a TLS-450+ and <br /> submitted the application on 8/7/25. <br /> 3. Upon further investigation, some issues were brought to light regarding the TLS-450+: <br /> a. There is no support for land line fax modems. <br /> b. Veeder Root models no longer support any kind of standard communication protocol <br /> such as bacnet or Modbus. <br /> c. The soon to be released Title 23 rewrite will require unmanned sites to have remote <br /> alarm monitoring. <br /> 4. During the discussion regarding changing monitor panel manufacturer, our permit coordinator <br /> reached out to San Joaquin County EHD and was informed to proceed with processing permit <br /> for Veeder Root TLS-450+ and an equipment addendum could be submitted later if it was <br /> decided to move forward with a different monitoring panel. <br /> 5. Upon further discussion with the customer, it was decided to proceed with the installation of <br /> the Pneumercator monitoring panel given the above issues. <br /> 1 <br />
