Once approved <br />through the QMC process, the procedure will be forwarded to the Governing <br />Body for review and approval. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will review and <br />sign the Operating Procedure (OP) and forward the procedure to the Warden for <br />signature. <br />Once approved and signed by the CEO and the Warden, the procedure shall be <br />submitted to the appropriate health care supervisory staff for staff training.
