Sampling and Analysis Plan for Phase II Environmental Site Assessment 125 North Stockton Street, Lodi,CA 95240 .J INTRODUCTION 1 .1 General Project Information Stantec Consulting Services Inc. (Stantec) has prepared this site-specific Sampling and Analysis Plan (SAP) for a Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) at the property located at 125 North Stockton Street, Lodi, California (the Property or Site).The Site was deemed eligible for use of USEPA brownfield funding on April 1, 2021 as a site with suspected impacts from hazardous materials. All work described herein will be completed in accordance with the revised Master Quality Assurance Project Plan (Master QAPP) prepared for the City of Lodi Community-Wide Brownfields Assessment Project (Cooperative Agreement Number BF-99T30201) dated April 14, 2017 and approved by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) on August 1, 2017. 1 .2 Project Organization and Distribution List Stantec Project Manager Neil Doran will lead the project implementation team. Key team member roles and responsibilities are summarized below. Any changes to this organizational structure will be documented in an amendment to this SAP.
