Sampling and Analysis Plan for Phase II Environmental Site Assessment
125 North Stockton Street, Lodi,CA 95240
Existing AST. Although not identified as a REC, the Phase I ESA noted the presence of a
1,000-gallon combined capacity diesel/gasoline AST in the northern portion of the Property.
It would be prudent, as part of an assessment of the condition of the Property, to evaluate
the potential for unrecorded spills or releases from the AST to have impacted the subsurface.
Demolished Buildings. Although the current Property building was constructed in the 1980s or
1990s, it is possible that demolition of historical Property buildings may have resulted in
deposition of asbestos or lead-based paint into shallow soil.
This Stantec Phase I ESA recommended site investigation to further assess the identified
environmental conditions on the Property. No other previous environmental studies or reports
areknown to exist.
1 .6 Environmental Regulatory Agency Involvement
To our knowledge there has been no involvement by local or State environmental agencies in
review or oversight of environmental studies completed at the Property to date, with the
exception of the DTSC Envirostor case related to the former MGP site historically located on a
portion of the Property.
(3 Stantec 4
