Sampling and Analysis Plan for Phase II Environmental Site Assessment <br /> 125 North Stockton Street, Lodi,CA 95240 <br /> Soil samples will be analyzed for the following constituents, as summarized on Table 2. <br /> • PAHS by EPA Method 8270-one or more soil samples from borings 136 through 139 will be <br /> analyzed for PAHS to evaluate potential residual impacts from the former MGP. <br /> • Arsenic by EPA Method 601013-one or more soil samples from borings 136 through 139 will <br /> be analyzed for PAHS to evaluate potential residual impacts from the former MGP. <br /> • Lead by EPA Method 601013-the shallowest sample from each borehole (corresponding <br /> to 0.5-1 feet bgs) will be analyzed for lead. Deeper samples will be held pending results <br /> of the shallow samples and analyzed only if vertical delineation is warranted. <br /> • Asbestos by EPA Method 600-the shallowest sample from each borehole <br /> (corresponding to 0.5-1 feet bgs) will be analyzed for asbestos. Deeper samples will be <br /> held pending results of the shallow samples and analyzed only if vertical delineation is <br /> warranted. <br /> • VOCs and TPHg by EPA Method 8260B with 5035 preservation method-one or more <br /> samples from borings B1 through 139 will be analyzed for VOCs and TPHg to evaluate <br /> potential impacts from the historical UST, current AST, equipment repair shop, and former <br /> MGP. <br /> • TPHd and TPHo by EPA Method 8015-one or more samples from borings B1 through 139 <br /> will be analyzed for TPHd and TPHmo to evaluate potential impacts from the historical <br /> UST, current AST, equipment repair shop, and former MGP. <br /> Soil vapor samples will be analyzed for the following constituents. <br /> • VOCs and gasoline range hydrocarbons by EPA Method TO-15; and, <br /> • Helium by ASTM D-1946. <br /> ,.1.4 uuality Assurance/Quality Control Samples <br /> The following numbers and types of field QA samples will be collected and submitted for <br /> laboratory analysis: <br /> QA Sample Frequency Detail Estimated Numbers and Types of <br /> Type Samples per Analyte <br /> One duplicate per 10 samples Duplicate sample to be collected 1 -2 samples for PAHS and <br /> Duplicate per matrix,or 1 duplicate per by the same methods at the same arsenic; 1 -3 samples for lead and <br /> Samples sample matrix if fewer than 10 time as the original sample.
