SAP/QAPP Addendum <br /> Lodi-125 N Stockton <br /> Final <br /> March 24,2025 <br /> 6.7.1 Indoor Air Sampling <br /> The five indoor air samples will be collected inside the unoccupied office building,with one sample located in <br /> each of the building's rooms (Figure 4).The indoor air samples will be collected using 6-liter SUMMA® <br /> canisters equipped with dedicated 8-hour regulators. Canisters will be provided by the analytical laboratory <br /> and will be individually-certified clean.The 8-hour sample collection period will approximately correspond to <br /> standard working hours (approximately 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) to evaluate potential exposure to Site workers. <br /> Indoor air sample canisters will be placed as near as practicable to the paired sub-slab soil vapor sampling <br /> points. <br /> 6.7.2 Outdoor Air Sampling <br /> One outdoor air sample will be collected from the Site to evaluate the extent to which ambient background <br /> air contaminant concentrations are affecting indoor air quality.The outdoor air sample will be collected using <br /> 6-liter SUMMA®canisters equipped with dedicated 8-hour regulators. Canisters will be provided by the <br /> analytical laboratory and will be individually certified clean.The time period for collection will correspond <br /> approximately with the indoor air sample collection time.The outdoor sample will be located in a well- <br /> ventilated area,away from any exhausts,and will be placed at approximate breathing height. <br /> 6.8 Decontamination Procedures <br /> Decontamination procedures will accord with Toeroek Team SOP#002-2,General Equipment <br /> Decontamination,in Appendix C. <br /> 6.9 Cultural Resource Discoveries <br /> This TBA is not anticipated to impact any known cultural resources,but disturbance of Site soils opens up <br /> potential for unanticipated discovery. Cultural resources can be defined as physical evidence of historic <br /> human activity. Cultural resources unexpectedly discovered during an environmental assessment can include: <br /> • Undocumented structural and engineering features or undocumented archaeological resources,such <br /> as foundation remains,burials,artifacts,or other evidence of human occupation or activity; <br /> • Undocumented human remains;and <br /> • Undocumented Native American grave sites,including human remains,funerary objects, sacred <br /> objects,or objects of cultural patrimony. <br /> 55 <br />
