SAP/QAPP Addendum <br /> Lodi-125 N Stockton <br /> Final <br /> March 24,2025 <br /> 10.0 QUALITY ASSURANCE AND CONTROL <br /> This section discusses procedures regarding field QC samples and laboratory QC samples. <br /> 10.1 Field Quality Control Samples <br /> Summaries of field QC sampling procedures for field blanks,equipment rinsate samples,trip blanks, <br /> temperature blanks,field duplicate, split samples,and MS/MSD and MS/MD samples are in QAPP <br /> Worksheet#20 in the Final Programmatic QAPP Revision 2 (EPA R9/QA DCN: FY22BNFD227) <br /> (Toeroek Team 2022). <br /> 10.1.1 Soil Sampling <br /> Four field duplicates and two MS/MSD samples will be collected and analyzed to evaluate sampling and <br /> analytical data quality as specified in Site Specific QAPP Worksheet#20. <br /> 10.1.2 Soil Gas Sampling <br /> Four field duplicates will be collected and analyzed to evaluate sampling and analytical data quality as <br /> specified in Site Specific QAPP Worksheet#20. <br /> 10.1.3 AmbientAirSampling <br /> A field duplicate will be collected and analyzed to evaluate sampling and analytical data quality as specified in <br /> Site Specific QAPP Worksheet#20. <br /> 10.1.4 Hazardous Building Material Survey <br /> Field duplicates of suspected ACM,LBP or PCB will not be collected. <br /> Background,field screening,confirmation,or split samples will not be collected during this TBA. <br /> 10.2 Laboratory Quality Control Samples <br /> Laboratory QC samples,analytical QC,and corrective actions are described in Site-Specific QAPP <br /> Worksheet#28 (at the end of this section). <br /> 60 <br />
