Off-Site Groundwater Well Installation Work Plan <br /> McBillin Real Estate Investment Property <br /> 2154 South El Dorado Street <br /> Stockton, San Joaquin County,California <br /> Page 6 <br /> decontaminated prior to use, and in between use in each well using LiquinoxTM and rinsing with <br /> clean water. All purge and development water will be retained onsite in Department of <br /> Transportation-approved 55-gallon steel drums, pending proper disposal at an off-site location under <br /> manifest. <br /> GROUNDWATER SAMPLE COLLECTION (POST WELL DEVELOPMENT) <br /> After completion, the groundwater monitoring well development described above, a grab <br /> groundwater sample will be collected from each of the newly constructed and developed <br /> groundwater monitoring wells. The grab groundwater samples will be collected immediately upon <br /> completion of the well development activities and consist of the following sample collection method. <br /> Apex staff will utilize a disposable bailer to collect a water sample from each of the monitoring wells <br /> and place them in the required sample containers, for shipment under chain-of-custody <br /> documentation to California Laboratory Services in Rancho Cordova for laboratory analysis as <br /> summarized in the Groundwater Analysis Section below.
