The <br /> Design Report was prepared by Lewis Engineering on behalf of Forward, Inc. <br /> (Discharger). The Design Report includes the liner system design, construction plans, <br /> construction specifications, and a construction quality assurance (CQA) plan. The <br /> facility is regulated under Water Discharge Requirements (WDRs) Order No. R5-2014- <br /> 0006 and Cleanup and Abatement Order (CAO) No. R5-2017-0703. <br /> Waste Management Unit (WMU) FU-23 is an approximately 4.5-acre, Class II landfill <br /> waste management unit located on the eastern side of the facility. WMU FU-23 <br /> connects to landfill WMU FU-17 and WMU FU-19 on the west. The areas to the north <br /> and east of FU-23 are currently undeveloped.
