AND REPUBLIC SERVICES , INC . = FORWARD LANDFILL , <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY, GEOTRACKER NO : L10008827999 <br /> Violation Description/ Location Citation <br /> Number <br /> 1 Failure to implement interim corrective actions by the R5- 2017 -0703 <br /> datespecified in the CAO : 1 November 2017 <br /> Requirement The Discharger (defined as " Forward , Inc . and Republic Item 3 (d ) <br /> Services , Inc . ") shall submit an Interim Groundwater <br /> Plume Remediation System Installation Report that <br /> certifies the installation and continuous operation of the <br /> additional groundwater extraction wells .
