Gas monitoring results from monitoring and any remediation plans <br />required by Section 20919 (Office). <br />9. Closure and postclosure maintenance plans as required by section <br />21780, notice of intent to close the unit as described in section 21135, <br />notice of certification of closure as required by section 21880, deed <br />notation as required by section 21170, demonstration of release from <br />postclosure maintenance required by section 21180, and any gas <br />monitoring, testing, or analytical data as required by 40 CFR section <br />258.61 (Office). <br />10. Cost estimates and financial assurance documentation required by <br />sections 22221, 22226, 21820, and 21840 (Office). <br />11. Any information demonstrating compliance with the small community <br />exemption as required by 40 CFR section 258.1(f)(2). This does not apply <br />to Foothill landfill. <br /> <br />San Joaquin County Solid Waste Division will inform the San Joaquin County Environmental <br />Health Department (EHD/LEA) when the documents listed in this section are placed in or added <br />to the operating record by submitting a copy of the document. <br />
