Foothill Landfill
Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan

Page 16
During the Annual Comprehensive Facility Compliance Evaluation (annual evaluation), where
a facility has been found in violation of any requirements of the General Permit, the SWPPP
shall be revised and revisions implemented within 90 days of the completion of the evaluation.
When any part of the SWPPP is infeasible to implement by the deadlines specified in the
General Permit due to proposed significant structural changes, the facility operator is required
to submit a report to the RWQCB. The report must contain the following information:
(1) Describe the portion of the SWPPP that is infeasible to implement by the deadline.
(2) Provide justification for a time extension.
(3) Provide a schedule for completing and implementing that portion of the SWPPP; and
(4) Describe the BMPs that will be implemented in the interim period to reduce or prevent
pollutants in storm water discharges.
Such reports are subject to RWQCB approval and/or modifications.
Upon written request by U.S. EPA or the local municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4),
facilities must provide paper or electronic copies of annual reports or other requested records
to the State Water Resources Control Board, Regional Water Quality Control Board, U.S. EPA,
or local MS4 within ten (10) days from receipt of the request.
