Foothill Landfill <br />Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Page 19 <br />3.0 Planning and Organization <br />San Joaquin County has incorporated a team approach to preventing pollution of storm water <br />discharges. The team is comprised of County and Foothill Landfill staff and an environmental <br />consultant firm (see below). However, every employee is trained to have an active role in <br />preventing pollution of storm water runoff and eliminating unauthorized non-storm water <br />discharges. <br />3.1 Pollution Prevention Team <br />The following table lists the storm water pollution prevention team members along with their <br />area of responsibility.
