SUMMARY OF SITE <br /> Site Location: 6820 Navone Road <br /> Stockton, CA 95220 <br /> TRANSPORTATION CORRIDORS DISTANCE TO ARTERIAL ROAD & EASE OF ACCESS: <br /> The subject property is located approximately 3,500 ft. southeast of CA Hwy 88, which connects <br /> to CA Hwy 99 located approximately 1.7 miles to the southwest of the subject site.Navone <br /> Road connects to Hwy 88 via Fairchild Road, a flat,paved County Road in good condition. <br /> Navone Road is flat paved, and well maintained and 20 ft. wide at the narrowest point,providing <br /> ease of access for public safety agencies responding to inspections or exigencies. <br /> The existing structure situated behind a double layer fencing perimeter along the Navone <br /> Road Frontage, identified as `Building(s) 3 &4 is the subject of Phase I operations for the <br /> project consisting of Indoor Cannabis Cultivation and Distribution. Phase II of the project(not <br /> considered for the purposes of this Security Plan), shall integrate Buildings 1 & 5 for Indoor <br /> Cultivation. Building 2 shall not house any cannabis related activities and shall be utilized for <br /> cold storage of non-cannabis dry goods. <br /> MULTI-LAYERED PERIMETER FENCING <br /> The exterior of the property frontage is secured by an existing 6 ft. chain link fence with an <br /> additional 1 ft. barb wire top. The site shall also be secured by an 8 ft. secondary electrified <br /> fence provided by Amarok. <br /> This creates a multi-layered security perimeter separating commercial cannabis activities from <br /> the general-public, as well as any potential security threat. <br /> ACCESS CONTROL PROTOCOLS <br /> Private Access for Ownership and Executives <br /> There shall be no public access to the facility. An access gate adjacent to Navone Road shall be <br /> utilized for access to the interior of the property and shall be controlled by remote control accessible <br /> only to JKL Executives, Management, and Security Personnel. <br /> Employee Access <br /> Employee parking shall be designated in the front parking lot located on the North Side of Building 3 <br /> on the interior of the facility perimeter. <br /> At the commencement of each shift, Security Personnel and or Management shall be stationed at the <br /> facility access gate to verify employee identification and credentials. Upon verification of an employee's <br /> identification and access credentials by security,he or she will be admitted to the cannabis premises. <br /> 1 <br />
