Vendor Access <br /> Vendor visits to the facility shall be by appointment only.Upon arrival at the property,vendors shall <br /> be required to use their cellular phone to initiate contact with JKL Sunshine Corporation <br /> Management.JKL Sunshine Corporation management shall direct each vendor to present their <br /> identification to security personnel who shall also verify the vendor's appointment time and reason <br /> for the visit. Once security personnel validate vendor identification and purpose for the visit,the <br /> vendor shall be admitted to the interior of the property by Security opening the facility access gate. <br /> Once admitted to the interior of the property after passing through the perimeter fences,the vendor <br /> shall approach the entry to Building(s) 3 &4 and shall be greeted by a member of JKL Sunshine <br /> Corporation's Management team,or another member of security staff who shall conduct a secondary <br /> validation of the vendor credentials. Only after the secondary validation of vendor credentials occurs, <br /> following the access gate being closed and locked, shall a vendor be granted access to the interior of <br /> Building(s) 3 &4 to conduct business on site. <br /> All visitors to the facility shall be required to `sign-in' upon arrival at the premises,providing their <br /> name,Driver's License Number, Company or governmental affiliation,time of arrival,and purpose <br /> for the visit. <br /> LIGHTING(Security Lighting Diagram Attached) <br /> Exterior lighting shall be installed on the entire perimeter of Building(s) 3 & 4. The Security <br /> Lighting shall shield and will be designed to avoid spillover illumination to adjacent <br /> properties and shall provide a 25 ft. radius illuminating the immediate area surrounding the <br /> building. All exterior lighting shall be maintained on a timing system and configured to <br /> coincide with sunset and sunrise. <br /> Motion sensor lighting installed at entry points shall be installed to coincide with camera set <br /> up and overall security monitoring design. <br /> SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS (Camera Diagrams Attached) <br /> Exterior Cameras <br /> The cameras shall be day/night capable with a resolution of at least two (2) megapixels, <br /> with a total of(12) cameras fixed throughout the exterior of the facility to capture the <br /> license plate of all vehicles entering the building. The entirety of the perimeter will be <br /> covered by theses cameras, allowing us to account for any intrusions. <br /> Interior Cameras <br /> The interior of the facility,encompassing all areas of operation,shall be equipped with <br /> 2 <br />
