The proposed use complies with all applicable provisions of this title. <br /> • This finding can be made because the proposed use type Parks and Open Space—Wildlife <br /> Preserve may be conditionally permitted in the AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-acre <br /> minimum) zone subject to a Conditional Use Permit and the proposed use meets the <br /> Williamson Act Principles of Compatibility.
