COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br /> Complaint inspection. Joint inspection with SJC Sheriffs, City of Stockton MUD, and SJC Code Enforcement.Arrived on site and <br /> met with workers. Discussed reason of site visit with worker. Worker was unable to provide any type of permit. Generated notice to <br /> abate for illegal food sales. Food booth is lacking a SJC EHD food permit. Food booth is lacking a proper hand washing station. <br /> Food booth is lacking a ware washing station while working with raw meats. Food booth is lacking a wastewater tank to collect <br /> wastewater from cleaning utensils. Food booth is lacking mechanical refrigeration for Potentially Hazardous Foods(PHFs.) <br /> Observed ice water run off from ice chest directly onto ground. Observed grease staining on storm drain and in drainage ditch behind <br /> booth set up.
