The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br /> addressed for DIAMOND TRANSPORTATION LOGISTIC INC as of July 31 , 2025. <br /> Open violations from October 17, 2024 inspection <br /> Violation #8 - 3010013 - All consolidated manifest requirements are met. <br /> OBSERVATION: The facility could not provide all of the consolidated manifest receipts for hazardous waste <br /> transported from the site in the past three years. The missing receipts include: <br /> -008625549SKS, ship date 01/25/2023, waste code 133 <br /> -008625558SKS, ship date 01/25/2023, waste code 221 <br /> -008762358SKS, ship date 04/05/2023, waste code 221 <br /> -008861368SKS, ship date 04/12/2023, waste code 223 <br /> -008809996SKS, ship date 07/12/2023, waste code 133 <br /> -008904580SKS, ship date 07/12/2023, waste code 221 <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. This <br /> period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding the <br /> regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate a copy of the receipts listed above. Maintain the records on-site for three years from <br /> the date of shipping and provide a copy to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD). If the <br /> receipts cannot be found, provide a statement to the EHD that future receipts will be maintained on-site for three <br /> years. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation #21 - 3030010 - Disposed of hazardous waste within 180 days of accumulation start date. <br /> OBSERVATION: The following hazardous waste containers were found on-site with an accumulation start date of <br /> greater than 180 days or no accumulation start date: <br /> - 1 poly tote of used antifreeze had an accumulation start date listed of 7/2/2023 <br /> - 1 drum of used oil/water, 2 drums of used oil, 1 drum of used paper oil filters, 1 drum of drained used metal oil filters <br /> did not have accumulation start dates <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262.34. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in <br /> compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations. Provide a corrective action statement and a copy of the <br /> disposal records to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) within 30 days. <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
