The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been addressed for DIAMOND TRANSPORTATION LOGISTIC INC as of July 31 , 2025. Open violations from October 17, 2024 inspection Violation #8 - 3010013 - All consolidated manifest requirements are met. OBSERVATION: The facility could not provide all of the consolidated manifest receipts for hazardous waste transported from the site in the past three years. The missing receipts include: -008625549SKS, ship date 01/25/2023, waste code 133 -008625558SKS, ship date 01/25/2023, waste code 221 -008762358SKS, ship date 04/05/2023, waste code 221 -008861368SKS, ship date 04/12/2023, waste code 223 -008809996SKS, ship date 07/12/2023, waste code 133 -008904580SKS, ship date 07/12/2023, waste code 221 REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate a copy of the receipts listed above. Maintain the records on-site for three years from the date of shipping and provide a copy to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD). If the receipts cannot be found, provide a statement to the EHD that future receipts will be maintained on-site for three years. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation #21 - 3030010 - Disposed of hazardous waste within 180 days of accumulation start date. OBSERVATION: The following hazardous waste containers were found on-site with an accumulation start date of greater than 180 days or no accumulation start date: - 1 poly tote of used antifreeze had an accumulation start date listed of 7/2/2023 - 1 drum of used oil/water, 2 drums of used oil, 1 drum of used paper oil filters, 1 drum of drained used metal oil filters did not have accumulation start dates REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262.34. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations. Provide a corrective action statement and a copy of the disposal records to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) within 30 days. Page 1 of 3
