The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br /> addressed for DIAMOND TRANSPORTATION LOGISTIC INC as of July 31 , 2025. <br /> Open violations from October 17, 2024 inspection <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation #23 - 3030007 - Labeled all containers or portable tanks containing hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. The containers were: <br /> - 1 poly container of used antifreeze was observed without an accumulation start date <br /> - 1 drum of drained metal used oil filters was observed without an accumulation start date <br /> - 1 drum of used paper oil filters was observed without a hazardous waste label <br /> - 2 drums of used oil in the back of the shop was observed without a hazardous waste label <br /> - 1 drum of used oil/water in the back of the shop was observed without a hazardous waste label <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the words <br /> "Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition (contents), <br /> accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste. Provide a corrective <br /> action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) <br /> within 30 days. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation #26 - 3030017 - Containers of hazardous waste closed except when adding or removing waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: The following open hazardous waste storage containers were observed on-site: one drum of used oil <br /> mixed with water was observed outside of the shop without a cap. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A container holding hazardous waste shall always be closed during transfer and storage , <br /> except when it is necessary to add or remove waste. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed <br /> when not adding or removing waste. Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
