The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br /> addressed for DIAMOND TRANSPORTATION LOGISTIC INC as of July 31 , 2025. <br /> Open violations from October 17, 2024 inspection <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation #48 - 3010022 - Posted emergency information next to the telephone. <br /> OBSERVATION: Modified contingency plan information was not posted at the facility. The facility has a full <br /> emergency response contingency plan uploaded in CERS but was not observed on site. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business operator must post the following information next to telephones or in areas <br /> directly involved in the generation and accumulation of hazardous waste: the name and emergency telephone number <br /> of the emergency coordinator, the location of fire extinguishers and spill control material, and the telephone number of <br /> the fire department unless the facility has a direct alarm. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately post the modified contingency plan information or keep a copy of a complete <br /> consolidated emergency response / contingency plan on-site.
