The existing septic <br /> system connected is a residential system located to the northeast of the dwelling (Figure <br /> 2). The septic system is utilized 365 days a year. The existing septic system and leach <br /> field extend to the northeast of the residence and is located over 50 feet away from the <br /> onsite domestic water well (Figure 2; Appendix B). <br /> 3.2. SITE SEPTIC PERMIT HISTORY <br /> There are no septic permits on file at the EHD. <br /> 3.3. ON-SITE SEPTIC TANK REPAIR HISTORY <br /> There are no septic wastewater repair permits on file at the EHD. <br /> 3.4. EXISTING SEPTIC TANK USAGE IN THE GENERAL AREA <br /> Neighboring properties are zoned for residential and agricultural land use. Several liquid <br /> waste permits are on record at the EHD for installation of septic systems surrounding the <br /> subject property. <br /> 3.5.
