GROUNDWATER ANALYTICAL REPORT <br /> Nitrate as N was detected at 93 milligrams per liter (mg/1) and Nitrate as NO3- was <br /> detected at 410 mg/I in the water sample. DBCP was not detected above the laboratory <br /> reporting limit. The MAI laboratory report (Work Order: 2508906) with quality <br /> assurance/quality control (QA/QC) reports and chain-of-custody form are provided in <br /> Appendix C. <br /> 4.7. CURRENT AND FUTURE USE OF GROUNDWATER AT THE SITE <br /> It is presumed that the existing water supply well at 9128 South Priest Road (site) <br /> conforms to DWR and EHD standards. The well is currently not in active use as the <br /> subject property building is vacant. <br /> 5.0. SOIL PROFILE <br /> An OWTS Permit was issued for the property by the EHD on 31 July 2025 to perform a <br /> percolation test (Appendix D). Following the permit approval, a 4-inch diameter hand <br /> auger was utilized to advance a percolation test hole to 42 inches bsg in the area of the <br /> proposed septic system disposal field area (Figure 2). <br /> A plan of the specific site features including the percolation test hole location <br /> (i.e., structures, drives, wells, septic systems, large trees, pastures, pools, natural <br /> drainage courses, ponds, waterways, etc.) is illustrated in Figure 2. <br /> 5.1. SOIL LITHOLOGY AS RELATED TO FUTURE ONSITE SEPTIC USES <br /> The soil was visually described in accordance with the Unified Soil Classification System <br /> (USCS) by a representative of AGI under the supervision of a California Professional <br /> Geologist. The soil collected from the percolation test hole boring consisted of sandy loam <br /> from surface grade to 42 inches bsg. The soil type is considered semi-permeable and <br /> should be sufficient for liquid waste disposal and treatment. <br /> 6.0. PERCOLATION TEST INFORMATION <br /> Two percolation tests were completed under EHD Permit No. SR2501327 during <br /> August 2025. The first test, conducted on 14 August, failed due to excessively rapid <br /> infiltration. The second test, conducted on 22 August at a relocated position, achieved a <br /> satisfactory percolation rate. Both tests were performed in compliance with San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department (EHD) procedures. Locations of the test <br />
