ANJOAQUIN AMENDED Environmental Health Department <br /> FY __ 9/4/2025 <br /> Tiered Permitting Program Inspection Report <br /> Date: <br /> VESTIS SERVICES LLC 7679 LONGE ST, STOCKTON July 01, 2025 <br /> Facility Name: Tacility Address: <br /> Overall Inspection Comments <br /> (Continued from violation #18 above) <br /> -The facility could not provide training content for the shop towel processing training referenced in the hazard <br /> communication standard operating procedure document submitted. <br /> -The facility did not provide training records for all employees on the shop towel processing, the hazard <br /> communication or the bulk chemical receiving trainings referenced in the hazard communication standard operating <br /> procedure document submitted. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: California Health and Safety Code section 25144.6 <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately investigate soil contamination surrounding wastewater pit#1 to ensure waste <br /> wash water is not leaking into the underlying soil and make necessary repairs. Remediate any soil contaminated by <br /> the wastewater pit. Provide documentation demonstrating that all requirements for laundering reusable soiled textile <br /> materials have been met. <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. A complete report was finished <br /> on August 29, 2025, and replaces the initial checklist. <br /> This report was amended on September 4, 2025. The observation language was updated for violation #18. The <br /> amended report replaces the report issued on August 29, 2025. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, <br /> by September 28, 2025. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br /> having them sign. <br /> Starting July 1, 2025, all in-office CERS help will be provided at the EHD hourly rate ($179).
