Remediate any soil contaminated by <br />the wastewater pit. Provide documentation demonstrating that all requirements for laundering reusable soiled textile <br />materials have been met. <br />______________________________________________ <br />An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. A complete report was finished <br />on August 29, 2025, and replaces the initial checklist. <br />This report was amended on September 4, 2025. The observation language was updated for violation #18. The <br />amended report replaces the report issued on August 29, 2025. <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, <br />by September 28, 2025. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br />having them sign. <br />Starting July 1, 2025, all in-office CERS help will be provided at the EHD hourly rate ($179).
