All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate <br />closure of the food facility. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> #27 Food Protected from Contamination <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed meat stored above ready to eat items inside walk in cooler. Store ready to eat items above meat <br />or separate to prevent contamination. Correct today. <br />Observed tray holding cherries and lemon wedges stored on ice at soda machine used for drinks.
