5. Do not expose your healing skin to direct shower spray, skin creams,
ointments, or lotions other than what you have been instructed to use until
the procedure site has finished its superficial healing process

6. Do not expose your healing skin to direct sun, tanning beds, hot tubs
(tub bath if body area treated), saunas, saltwater, chlorinated pools, or
extremely hot water for 14 days following your procedure.

Restrictions after permanent makeup:
o Bathing and recreational water activity:
o Avoid swimming in chlorine pools, saltwater, or hot tubs for 7 to 14 days.
o Avoid soaking the area by keeping baths short.
o Avoid direct shower spray on the treated area for the first few days.
o Gardening and contact with animals:
o Avoid contact with animals for about 5 to 7 days, as dirt or germs can cause infection.
o Avoid gardening for about 5 to 7 days, as it can cause dirt or dust to get into the treated area.
o Sweating and physical activity:
o Avoid sweating for at least the first 3 days.
o Avoid strenuous exercise for one week, or as directed by your technician.
o Sun exposure:
o Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning beds until the area is fully healed.
o Avoid chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and bleaching products on the area for at least two weeks.

7. After eyebrows have peeled you are free to resume normal activities

8. Signs and symptoms of infection include, but not limited to, severe
redness, swelling, severe tenderness of the procedure site, red streaks
going from the procedure site towards the heart, elevated body
temperature, or purulent drainage from the procedure site. Discharge from
site may be green/yellow in color and foul in odor.
9. CONTACT YOUR PMUA AND SEEK MEDICAL CARE IF ANY SIGNS
OR SYMPTOMS OF INFECTION DEVELOP.

HEALED CARE:
Once your eyebrows are fully healed you want to make sure to not expose them
to direct sunlight without any protection. Using a SPF 30+ or sun hat will help
prevent premature piment loss. Avoid exfoliating the eyebrow area, this can turn
over the skin cells more than wanted to fade the pigment prematurely.
