The containers were: <br /> - 1 black 55 gallon drum of"GASOLINE/DIESEL" did not have an accumulation start date. <br /> - 1 black 55 gallon drum of"Diesel" did not have an accumulation start date <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the words <br /> "Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition (contents), <br /> accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste. Provide a corrective action <br /> statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD)within 30 <br /> days. <br /> This is a (Class 2)Violation. <br /> 48 CA Code of Regulations 66262.34(d)(2) 3010022 - Posted emergency information next to the telephone <br /> OBSERVATION: Modified contingency plan information was not posted at the facility. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business operator must post the following information next to telephones or in areas <br /> directly involved in the generation and accumulation of hazardous waste: the name and emergency telephone number of <br /> the emergency coordinator, the location of fire extinguishers and spill control material, and the telephone number of the <br /> fire department unless the facility has a direct alarm. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately post the modified contingency plan information on-site. Provide a statement to the <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department that the correction is complete. <br /> This is a (Class 2)Violation. <br /> 49 CA Code of Regulations 66262.34(d)(2) 3030039 - Emergency coordinator on the premises or on call <br /> OBSERVATION: A complete modified contingency plan with an assigned emergency coordinator was not posted at the <br /> facility. <br /> -Accountant Linda Jimenez stated that there is not currently an assigned Emergency Coordinator. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The emergency coordinator or his designee must respond to any emergencies that arise. <br /> The business operator must post the following information next to telephones or in areas directly involved in the <br /> generation and accumulation of hazardous waste: the name and emergency telephone number of the emergency <br /> coordinator, the location of fire extinguishers and spill control material, and the telephone number of the fire department <br /> unless the facility has a direct alarm. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately post the required information at the facility.
