Underneath the compressor, absorbent <br /> material was spread out to capture the leak. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator must maintain and operate its facility to minimize the <br /> possibility of a fire, explosion, or any unplanned sudden or non-sudden release of hazardous waste or hazardous waste <br /> constituents to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately fix and clean the leaking compressor. Manage the waste according to Title 22 <br /> California Code of Regulations for hazardous waste. Submit a statement and supporting documentation to the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department describing the storage and final disposition of the cleaned up waste. <br /> This is a (Class 2)Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection, July 22, 2025.
