Personnel Training <br />Site personnel receive the following training: <br />x First Aid/CPR <br />x Traffic Directing <br />x Hazardous Waste Identification (load checking) <br />x Equipment Operation <br />x Emergency Preparedness <br />x Emergency Response <br />In addition to the training listed above, a weekly safety meeting is given for all <br />employees. Records of the minutes of the meeting and the attendants are kept onsite. <br /> <br /> <br />6.1.13. Supervisory Structure <br />The organizational chain of command consists of the following (current as of <br />November 2025): <br /> <br />Owner / Operator: San Joaquin County <br /> <br />Administered by: Department of Public Works, Solid Waste Division. The <br />County manages and operates the landfill. The County also provides engineering <br />guidance, including final grading plans for individual Modules, and environmental <br />monitoring and reporting. These items are provided through the Solid Waste Division’s <br />Engineering Section. <br /> <br /> <br />6.1.14.
