Infiltration BMPs used for compliance option implementation shall comply with <br />applicable local municipal ordinances, storm water requirements, and design standards <br />for the infiltration of industrial storm water and authorized non-storm water as listed in <br />General Permit Section IV. <br />3. The minimum BMP requirements (General Permit Section X.H.1) shall be <br />implemented to maximize pollution prevention and protection of receiving <br />groundwater quality and beneficial uses; and <br />4. The soil through which infiltration occurs must have physical and chemical <br />characteristics necessary to support infiltration rates and storm water treatment to meet <br />the compliance storm standards in General Permit Attachment I. <br />
