Weather: clear skies and minimal winds during the inspection. <br /> 2. Site is secured. Site attendant was observed at the entrance (scale house) during the <br /> inspection. <br /> 3. The entrance/exits were observed to be clean and free of litter and/or tracking. <br /> 4. Traffic in/out of the facility does not interfere with adjacent public streets/roads <br /> 5. Roads were accessible and well maintained. <br /> 6. The site uses soil and tarps for cover.
