Weather: clear skies and minimal winds during the inspection. <br />2. Site is secured. Site attendant was observed at the entrance (scale house) during the <br />inspection. <br />3. The entrance/exits were observed to be clean and free of litter and/or tracking. <br />4. Traffic in/out of the facility does not interfere with adjacent public streets/roads <br />5. Roads were accessible and well maintained. <br />6. The site uses soil and tarps for cover.
