On-site personnel were observed wearing appropriate personal protective equipment. <br />One spotter was observed at the active face. <br />8. Minimal birds were observed. Handheld bird bombs are utilized as needed. <br />9. Adequate lighting provided during times of minimal sunlight. <br />10. Rodent bait stations observed throughout the facility. <br />11. Odor and dust minimal. Water truck used for dust control. <br />12. Vegetation is minimal. Sheep were observed grazing away from operating area. <br />13. No erosion concerns observed. <br />14. Measured perimeter soil gas wells for methane concentrations: SG 119 = 0% (all 3 <br />probes) & SG 118 = 0% (all 3 probes) <br />15. Documents reviewed. <br />16. Flare station was on at the time of the inspection. <br />17.
