On-site personnel were observed wearing appropriate personal protective equipment. <br /> One spotter was observed at the active face. <br /> 8. Minimal birds were observed. Handheld bird bombs are utilized as needed. <br /> 9. Adequate lighting provided during times of minimal sunlight. <br /> 10. Rodent bait stations observed throughout the facility. <br /> 11. Odor and dust minimal. Water truck used for dust control. <br /> 12. Vegetation is minimal. Sheep were observed grazing away from operating area. <br /> 13. No erosion concerns observed. <br /> 14. Measured perimeter soil gas wells for methane concentrations: SG 119 = 0% (all 3 <br /> probes) & SG 118 = 0% (all 3 probes) <br /> 15. Documents reviewed. <br /> 16. Flare station was on at the time of the inspection. <br /> 17.
