The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br /> addressed for JC AIR ACADEMY INC as of July 31, 2025. <br /> Open violations from September 03, 2024 inspection <br /> Violation#10-3010014-Owner/Operator retained copy of manifest or bill of lading for spent lead acid <br /> batteries for 3 years. <br /> OBSERVATION: Bills of lading for the recycling of lead acid batteries for the last three years were not found on site. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations(CCR)66266.81 Requirements Title 13 CCR 1161 <br /> Shipping Papers Title 49 Code of Federal Regulations(CFR) Part 172, Subpart C and 49 CFR 177.817 <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide copies of battery core bill of lading records and a corrective action statement to the <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#23-3030007-Labeled all containers or portable tanks containing hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. The containers were: <br /> -Three plastic 5 gallon container containing used oil were observed in the hazardous waste storage area inside the <br /> main shop were missing hazardous waste labels. <br /> -One plastic 5 gallon container containing used oil was observed without hazardous waste labeling that was located <br /> next to the drums in the main shop. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the words <br /> "Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition (contents), <br /> accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste.
