The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br /> addressed for JC AIR ACADEMY INC as of July 31, 2025. <br /> Open violations from September 03, 2024 inspection <br /> Violation#53-3030030-Maintains and operates the facility to minimize the possibility of <br /> fire/explosion/release. <br /> OBSERVATION: Two plastic 5 gallon buckets containing used oil was observed sitting on pallets without lids and is <br /> not maintain to minimize the possibility of an unplanned sudden or non-sudden release of hazardous waste. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A hazardous waste generator must maintain and operate its facility to minimize the <br /> possibility of a fire, explosion, or any unplanned sudden or non-sudden release of hazardous waste or hazardous <br /> waste constituents to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately manage the used oil in a way to prevent any unplanned sudden release. Manage <br /> the waste according to Title 22 California Code of Regulations for hazardous waste.
