A dOAQU1N Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY <br /> CP22 - HW LQG Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> Transit America Services Inc 1020 E Alpine AVE, Stockton June 05 2025 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: (a)The owner or operator shall inspect,where present, at least once each operating day: <br /> (1)overfill/spill control equipment(e.g.,waste-feed cutoff systems, bypass systems, and drainage systems)to ensure <br /> that it is in good working order; (2)the aboveground portions of the tank system, if any, to detect corrosion or <br /> releases of waste; (3)data gathered from monitoring equipment and leak-detection equipment, (e.g., pressure and <br /> temperature gauges, monitoring wells)to ensure that the tank system is being operated according to its design; (4) <br /> the construction materials and the area immediately surrounding the externally accessible portion of the tank system <br /> including secondary containment structures(e.g., dikes)to detect erosion or signs of releases of hazardous waste <br /> (e.g.,wet spots, dead vegetation); and (5)for uncovered tanks,the level of waste in the tank,to ensure compliance <br /> with section 66265.194(b)(3). (c)The owner or operator shall document in the operating record of the facility an <br /> inspection of those items in subsection (a)of this section. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately start conducting and documenting complete daily hazardous waste tank <br /> inspections. Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is (Class 2)Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. A complete report was <br /> finished on 7/8/25 and replaces the initial checklist. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by August 7, 2025. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br /> of having them sign. <br /> Starting July 1, 2025, all in-office CERS help will be provided at the EHD hourly rate ($179).
