1. INTRODUCTION <br /> This Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP) provides a standard reference for <br /> activities described in the Off-Site Source and On-Site Vapor Intrusion Investigation <br /> Work Plan (Work Plan) for the Park Woods Shopping Center property located at 1762 <br /> West Hammer Lane in Stockton, California (the Site). The procedures outlined in the <br /> QAPP govern the acquisition of environmental samples and the reporting of data, <br /> sampling, sample handling and chain of custody (COC) protocols, laboratory and field <br /> analyses, field documentation, data reporting, data verification and validation, <br /> corrective action processes, and the data handling and management of records. This <br /> QAPP addresses the elements described in the Requirements for Quality Assurance <br /> Project Plans (United States Environmental Protection Agency [USEPA], 2001a). <br /> Appendix C 1 <br />
