Personnel conducting these activities must have training to perform the procedures <br /> required for these activities. All field operations staff must have completed <br /> Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Hazardous Waste Operations <br /> Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) training as described in Code of Federal <br /> Regulations Title 29, Section 1910.120 (29CFR1910.120) and California OSHA <br /> training as specified in Title 8 Sections 5192 and 5196. Documentation of the training <br /> will be maintained by the Corporate/Project H&S Manager. Additionally, all <br /> subcontractors will be licensed and certified to conduct the contracted tasks, as <br /> appropriate. <br /> Appendix C 4 <br />
