The Project QA Manager coordinates the receipt of data from the laboratory, <br /> performs data validation, communicates with the Project Manager regarding laboratory <br /> data packages or data validation concerns, and reviews reports and documentation. <br /> 2.5 Analytical Laboratory <br /> Eurofins Calscience in Tustin, CA, was selected as the primary laboratory to perform <br /> analytical testing of the groundwater samples collected during the planned sampling <br /> activities. Eurofins Air Toxics Laboratory (Air Toxics) in Folsom, CA was selected as <br /> the primary laboratory to perform analytical testing of the soil vapor, sub-slab, and <br /> indoor/outdoor air samples collected during the planned sampling activities. The <br /> following individuals were identified as the laboratory project managers for this project: <br /> • Eurofins Calscience—Stephen Nowak(Stephen.Nowakket.eurofinsus.com) <br /> • Air Toxics—Monica Tran(Monica.Tran(c-r�,et.eurofinsus.com) <br /> The laboratories' project managers will report to the Project Manager and/or Technical <br /> Manager on all aspects of the sample analysis. In addition, the Project QA Manager will <br /> be advised of any matters related to data quality during the course of the project. The <br /> laboratories will conform to the QA/QC procedures outlined in the laboratory QA Plan <br /> and laboratory standard operating procedures (SOPs) maintained by the laboratories. <br /> The laboratories are responsible for preparing analytical laboratory reports and <br /> electronic data deliverables (EDDs). Appropriate sample containers and equipment will <br /> be provided by the laboratories. <br /> 2.6 Site Investigation Personnel <br /> Personnel conducting field activities includes the Field Task Leader and/or their <br /> authorized representative. The Field Task Leader is responsible for executing work <br /> elements related to the Work Plan. The Field Task Leader will issue specific <br /> instructions for performing assigned work elements so that work is conducted in <br /> compliance with project-specific objectives and applicable QA procedures. The Field <br /> Task Leader will coordinate with the Project Manager and QA Manager to review <br /> specific work elements. The Field Task Leader will maintain relevant documentation <br /> and deliverables in the project files during the performance of the assigned tasks. The <br /> Field Task Leader will be responsible for overseeing the sampling activities described <br /> in the Work Plan. <br /> Appendix C 3 <br />
