Whenever corrective action is deemed necessary, the analytical laboratory will take the <br /> following steps: <br /> • define the problem(s); <br /> • investigate and identify the cause of the problem(s); <br /> • select appropriate corrective action(s); <br /> • implement the corrective action(s) and verify the effectiveness; and <br /> • re-establish conformance to the associated QC parameter(s). <br /> The corrective actions will be documented according to the procedures outlined in each <br /> laboratory QA Manual. <br /> Appendix C 19 <br />
