Monthly checks are performed to inspect areas with elevated spill potential. Following the inspection, all minor leaks, housek"ping issues or any other unusual circumstances which may increase the risk of chemical release must be corrected as soon as possible. The availability of the spill response equipment and supplies should be checked during the inspection. The list of items covered in the monthly inspections is included in Attachment 3.
