Benjamin Holt Dr., Stockton, CA 95207 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has completed the review of the <br /> application for a permit to do the following on the underground storage tank (UST) system at the above <br /> noted address: <br /> • Remove manifold piping between the two 87 tanks <br /> • Convert 87 siphon tank to diesel <br /> • Cap vapor recovery piping at new diesel tank (previous 87 siphon tank) <br /> • Install new leak detector on new diesel tank (previous 87 siphon tank) <br /> • Replace the transition sump and vapor pot <br /> • Install diesel product piping <br /> • Replace all 87 product piping <br /> • Relocate (remove & replace) portions of existing 91 product piping <br /> • Replace all under dispenser containment sumps (UDCs) <br /> • Replace all dispensers with no conversion frames <br /> • Cold start the monitoring panel <br /> The permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire authority having jurisdiction, the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District, and the local community development department for any applicable permits and <br /> requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work from those included in this approval letter and <br /> the attached packet must be submitted to EHD for written approval prior to commencing work. <br /> All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Email notification to ust(aD-sigov.orq to arrange the following inspection appointments. <br /> All appointments must be scheduled at least 72 hours in advance. <br /> a. Soil and/or water sampling: Witness all sample collection. Locations and collection <br /> methods for all required samples must be approved by the EHD. Soil sample collection <br /> must be performed immediately after removal of the piping from the excavation. <br /> Groundwater sample collection must be performed immediately after the water enters the <br /> excavation or is otherwise encountered. <br /> 1868 E.
