Elite IV Contractors <br /> 2535 Wigwam Dr. State Lic# 1001331 <br /> Stockton, Ca 95202 <br /> (209) 461-6337 <br /> (209) 461-6342 Fax <br /> Phase 2: Transition Sump and Product Line Excavation <br /> • Tank pad and transition sump area will be fenced off and barricaded and asphalt and concrete <br /> will be removed to expose all piping to existing transition sump and vapor pot to determine the <br /> existing layout of the 87&91 product lines. <br /> • After determining layout trenches will be cut to existing udc's of front dispensers these trenches <br /> will be covered with metal trench plate covers to allow traffic and fueling during this period. <br /> • All Pea Gravel will be stored at location to be used to backfill for excavation and trenches after <br /> completion of new product lines. <br /> • All concrete debris will be removed and disposed off as required per EHD and area will be <br /> cleaned and prepped for Phase 3 of installation <br /> Phase 3: Transition Sump, UDC, Piping Installation &Testing/Backfill and Concrete <br /> *Site will be shut down for fueling during phase 3/4 of construction* <br /> • All four(4) dispensers will be removed from island and all product lines will blown back to tanks <br /> from all four fueling locations <br /> • All four(4) UDC's will be removed and the area surrounding the front dispensers will be fenced <br /> and barricaded <br /> • 87 product and secondary lines will be cut out from existing STP sumps and removed from <br /> existing transition sump <br /> • Newtransition sump will be installed and new 87 and diesel product lines and secondary lines <br /> will be run from STPs to transition sump and reconfigured as needed to eliminate existing issues <br /> with 87 flow rate.The 91 product line will also be moved if necessary as determined once the <br /> area is excavated.Test boots will be installed on all lines in the transition sump. <br /> • 87 product and secondary lines will then be plumbed back into existing lines through transition <br /> sump into new UDC's and new diesel product and secondary lines will be plumbed to new udcs. <br /> • The 91 product line will be,retrofitted as needed at this time. <br /> • After completion of piping, all secondary lines and primary lines will be tested by EHD before <br /> proceeding. Once testing is completed. UDC's and transition area will be backfilled and concrete <br /> and asphalt will be poured. <br /> • After all excavations are filled,a second test with EHD will be performed on secondary. Once the <br /> test is complete we can proceed to Phase 4 of installation. <br /> 2 <br />
