The following is an itemized list of violations that have not been addressed for A&A <br /> GAS & FOOD MART as of April 20, 2026. <br /> Open violations from February 13, 2026 inspection <br /> OBSERVATION: Owner/Operator failed to submit and/or maintain a complete and current Certification of Financial <br /> Responsibility or other mechanism of financial assurance. <br /> -The assets and liabilities amounts have not been updated. <br /> - Facility name on the certificate of financial responsibility document uploaded to CERS does not match the facility <br /> name on CERS. Facility name on CERS is"A&A Gas&Food Mart". Facility name on certificate of financial <br /> responsibility reads"A&G Gas Inc". <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit a complete and current Certification of Financial Responsibility, or other mechanism <br /> of financial assurance within 30 days. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> OBSERVATION: Records of installation, repairs, linings, integrity certification, tank calibration charts, and/or <br /> unauthorized release reports were not kept onsite, or offsite if approved by the UPA,for the life of the UST. The <br /> following were not available for review at the time of inspection: <br /> - Installation test results <br /> -Manufacturer checklists <br /> -As built drawings <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate and maintain these records onsite and submit copies to the UPA within 30 <br /> days. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Open violations from February 03, 2025 inspection <br /> Violation#3-2010013-Facility has submitted a complete and accurate UST Monitoring Plan.. <br /> OBSERVATION: The monitoring plan is not current and/or not approved by the EHD.The monitoring plan on CERS <br /> incorrectly states that A/V valves and ball floats are used as the facility overfill protection method. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> (CERS). <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the EHD. <br /> Page 3 of 5 <br />
