The following is an itemized list of CP22 - UST FULL violations that have not been addressed for A&A GAS & FOOD MART as of April 20, 2026. OBSERVATION:An accurate UST Monitoring Site Plan is inaccurate.The Monitoring Site Plan (map)does not list annular sensors on the legend, only annulars.The Monitoring Site Plan (map) indicates an annular space in the parking lot near the 91 tank. REGULATION GUIDANCE:A site plan must be submitted identifying the locations where monitoring will be performed. The site plan must show the general layout of tanks and clearly identify locations of the following equipment, if installed: 1)monitoring panels; 2)in-tank liquid level probes(if used for leak detection); 3)devices monitoring tank annular spaces or vault;4)devices monitoring product piping; 5)devices monitoring fill piping; 6)devices monitoring vent piping; 7)devices monitoring vapor recovery piping; 8)devices monitoring vent/transition sumps; 9)devices monitoring under-dispenser containment; 10)line leak detectors; and 11)devices monitoring any other secondary containment areas. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/and upload a corrected copy of the UST Monitoring Site Plan. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation#53-2010007-Submitted/maintained current Cert of Financial Responsibility/mech of financial assurance(TCR 11). OBSERVATION: Facility name on certificate of financial responsibility document uploaded to CERS does not match the facility name on CERS. Facility name on CERS is"A&A Gas&Food Mart". Facility name on certificate of financial responsibility reads"A&G Gas Inc". REGULATION GUIDANCE: Current financial responsibility documents are required to be submitted annually. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, and upload the required documents.
