1.15 RESTORATION <br /> During the entire duration of the job, the Contractor shall keep the premises free from <br /> accumulations of waste materials, rubbish, and other debris resulting from the work, except as <br /> is reasonably expected for demolition work. At the conclusion of the job, the Contractor shall <br /> restore all areas of the site to their preconstruction condition except for the demolished <br /> facilities. The Contractor shall import any clay soil required to restore the site to its original <br /> elevation. <br /> All material removed by the Contractor in accordance with this project shall become property <br /> of the Contractor and shall be removed off-site and disposed of legally at the Contractor's <br /> expense. <br /> 1.16 STANDBY TIME <br /> If it becomes necessary for the Owner to perform work that will require the Contractor, his <br /> crew, and equipment to stand idle, the Owner will request in writing to cease operations and <br /> shall state the anticipated extent or duration thereof. The Contractor shall promptly cease <br /> operations. This idle time shall be considered Standby Time. <br /> "Standby Time," shall be made on an hourly basis based on the unit price for the actual standby <br /> time. The actual cost (hours times unit cost) shall be adjusted in the final project balance <br /> change order. <br /> 1.17 REPORTS <br /> Prior to the final acceptance of the work, the Contractor shall prepare and deliver to the Owner <br /> the following reports. <br /> 1. A California Water Well Driller's Report completed in the format required by the <br /> State of California. <br /> 2. The Contractor two final prints of each log or surveys, daily tour reports, video <br /> recordings, and cement tickets. <br /> Within 30 days from the date of well destruction, the Contractor shall file the Water Well <br /> Driller's Report with the Valley Water. <br />
